In our ongoing commitment to exceptional person-centred care, the Health & Social Care Standards continue to guide the way to setting out what great practice looks like. Since 2018, as a sector, we’ve worked hard to integrate these standards into our practices, yet the journey continues to evolve and develop. Delivering compassionate care and involving those we support in decisions can be challenging. However, it’s in these challenges that the standards truly matter – they provide the framework for every care action, shaping lives in profound ways.
