About

health and care home business coaching

Lesley Sinclair, Director

I am an experienced business professional and coach with over 20 years’ experience leading and managing in health and social care. I recognise that all care businesses have unique challenges – a one-size-fits-all approach will not apply.

I provide business consultancy services to care organisations like yours as I believe that:

  • Everyone has the right to help when they need it
  • Equality in social care is everyone’s responsibility
  • Empowered choices for responsible social care is critical
  • Supporting people to do things differently is a given
  • Enabling delivery through recognition, choices and control as well as awareness and education

I can help you to identify a journey which will change, grow, and create positive and enduring outcomes for your business. Using leadership and business philosophies I have developed and successfully implemented over my career, we will work together to design and deliver programmes which fit your organisation, meet the expectations of the Care Inspectorate and are engaging and collaborative for everyone involved. My passion for Learning & Development and its linkages with developing successful business strategies and policies are what drive me every day so if you are interested in developing your organisation’s business and quality frameworks in a way which encourages collaborative engagement and continuous learning I would love to work with you.

Email today and make use of my free consultation – we can have an informal chat over a coffee and look at how we might work together to bring great outcomes to the people you support.
